Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller Recruiter to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Telecaller Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telecaller recruitment or a similar role
• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of human resources practices and principles
• Experience in HR consulting or customer support will be a plus
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for various positions through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
• Collect and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
• Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies
