Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to lead our AI/ML initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions in production environments.
  • Design and implement effective MLOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models, model versioning, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain scalable AI deployments on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a preference for Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and multimodal AI to drive innovation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and LLM development.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and RAG architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Presales.
  • Knowledge of LLM evaluation techniques like perplexity, BLEU scores, ROUGE, and human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
