Oracle is looking for a Senior Software Developer to be part of Life Sciences Group in Bangalore, who will design, develop, test and deploy enterprise applications in the cloud. Successful candidate will be a technology champion, customer oriented, results driven and passionate about building great products and solutions used by big pharmaceutical companies. He/she should be experienced and hands-on, with the ability to assess different enterprise systems and propose adequate and efficient solutions to prevailing problems so as to improvise/improve them on non-functional and architectural aspects. He/she thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be involved with real business sibilities:Work with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Strategy & Development, QA, Sales & Services, and other Central teams to architect and design multiple productsDesign, create and maintain the full stack (front end and back end) of customer facing cloud native application. Excellent in technical design, internally recognized as highly competent in technical areas, will review and participate in product architecture and designPassionate for continuous learning, experimenting and applying cutting edge technology and software paradigmsDeeper understanding of design principles and methods, technology and standards, actively stay abreast of trends and standards, recommend best practices and share learningRe-architect legacy code into more efficient database-centric queries, designs, approachesHelp create and review system and software foster good software engineering practices. Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant ly participate in all aspects of the software engineering process. Qualifications and Experience:BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or years of development experience on Java platforms, UI stack, QA, Database & cloud applicationsExcellent knowledge of Java/JEE technologies, Javascript and frameworks such as JPA, JDBC, Web Services paradigms like REST, RDBMS (preferably Oracle)Excellent knowledge on PLSQL, JQuery and JSFProven working experience and understanding of at least one of the modern MV* frameworks (Angular, React/Redux, and Knockout)Understand and be able to create Responsive UI elements either by hand (grid or flex box layout), or leveraging a framework like FoundationObject Oriented Design & Development skills with hands on experience in enterprise cloud application design, micro service development and programming experience and very strong in programming disciplines like object oriented principles, design patterns, data structures and unit testingExperience with Weblogic, Tomcat, Docker, ence working on cloud services with modern cloud verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environmentExcellent time management and communication skills and a great team playerExperience with agile methodologies.

Work with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Strategy & Development, QA, Sales & Services, and other Central teams to design multiple products
Design, create and maintain the full stack (front end and back end) of customer facing cloud native application. 
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Help create and review system and software requirements.
Help foster good software engineering practices. 
Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.
Actively participate in all aspects of the software engineering process.
