As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goalsRecruit, train, and manage a team of sales representativesSet and track individual and team sales goalsProvide coaching and support to sales representativesBuild and maintain relationships with key customersAnalyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvementForecast future sales and develop sales plansWork closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experienceQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field1+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a management roleProven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goalsStrong leadership and motivational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a talented and experienced teamChance to make a significant impact on the company's successRoom for growth and development
