Who are we looking for?

We are looking to build and scale a best-in-class marketing and brand function, powered by a central creative strategy powerhouse. As a Creative Strategist, you will collaborate with creative teams to ideate and deliver winning creative campaigns.

From analyzing creative performance and audience attributes to creative brainstorming and owning ultimate execution, you will be the central source of all campaigns across Airblack’s marketing initiatives.

If you’re a content creator who has built your own audience or you have built creative campaigns for leading content-first brands, we would love to meet you.

What would you be doing?

  • Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with teams across performance marketing, GTM operations, brand and lead creative ideation and end-to-end delivery across performance marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Creative Delivery: Own and execute all aspects of creative assets delivery including brief, script writing, production, editing and coordinated delivery across campaigns
  • Performance Ads: Be a creative powerhouse in acquisition advertising by analyzing ads and audience data and creating best-in-class video and static ad properties to deliver marketing & revenue goals
  • Brand Content & Impressions: Collaborate on Airblack’s content strategy across YouTube and Instagram to drive subscriptions & impressions by crafting star content, partnering with influencers & creating a brand identity
  • Influencer Partnerships: Drive influencer partnerships and campaigns to deliver leverage on performance campaigns.
  • Creative Analytics: Own analytics and performance measurement on all creative campaigns & marketing assets

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • Experience: 2- 4 years of experience working creative strategist or a brand manager in agencies, D2C/ consumer brands
  • You have previously managed and collaborated with graphic designers and video editors
  • You consume a lot of content and are able to generate out-of-the-box creative ideas on the go.
  • You solve creative problems based on strong data-driven user insights
  • You have a consistent track record of developing and maintaining extensive relationships with creative, production, and influencer agencies.
  • You have a proven track record of taking high ownership and willingness to execute hands-on when needed.
  • Experience of building your own social media following on YouTube or Instagram is an added bonus
