Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our Oracle HCM solutions.


Oracle HCM we have requirements for the below combination of skills :

(These are for Functional implementation)

1. US Payroll + Writing Fast formula

2. UK Payroll + Writing Fast formula

3. CoreHR + Abscess + ME Payroll

4. OTL + Writing Fast formula

Below is a common JD for the above requirements :

The Oracle HCM Specialist will be responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle HCM modules. This role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the system meets the organization's needs, enhancing HR processes, and providing ongoing support and training.

- Must have 5+ years of relevant experience on implementing HCM Payroll/OTL.

- Should have worked on at least 1-2 Implementations.

- Experience in working on UK/US/ME Legislation.

- Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects.

- To lead from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects.

- Should be able to handle independently configuration and solutioning as per business requirements.

- Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like Payroll with Fast Formula, Time and Labor (OTL).

- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

- Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience.
