Job Description Lead day-to-day operations across multiple co-packing units Develop and onboard new co-pack partners across key regions Conduct vendor due diligence and establish operational governance Negotiate commercial contracts and performance SLAs Oversee plant readiness, infrastructure, and compliance for new sites Collaborate closely with quality, supply chain, and procurement teams Build and lead a team of regional operations managers The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing or supply chain Mandatory background in third-party / co-pack / contract manufacturing Proven experience in vendor development and plant setup or expansion Strong leadership and team management capabilities Prior experience as a plant head or senior operations lead (min. 3 years) Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
