The Milliman MedInsight practice has assisted many healthcare organizations in evaluating and developing solutions to complex business problems. Our consultants are experienced in the key issues related to healthcare operations and the use of technology to support those operations. Because of our focus on those unique technology and operations issues facing the healthcare industry, we are uniquely qualified to assist organizations in solving complex business problems. Our Health IT software team has been developing and selling data warehousing solutions for over twelve years.

Job Overview 
We are in search of an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and take a lead role in the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our development practices, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Help define and implement development practices, including unit tests and code reviews. Promote and drive innovation in technologies, processes, and tools. Translate requirements and use cases into functional applications. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Write clean, scalable code using various programming languages. Test applications and systems. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 

Required Qualification

Minimum experience of 4 to 6 years. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience in creating multi-threaded desktop-based applications, cloud-based solutions. Strong experience with C#, Databricks, Python, Design Patterns, Multi-threading, OOPS, .NET Core, WPF, SQL Server, ASP.NET. Strong knowledge of modern cloud architecture and technologies e.g. Microsoft Azure.  Familiar with various designs and architectural patterns. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git. Capable of working with ambiguous requirements and minimal direction. Take pride in writing well-structured, well-commented, and maintainable code. You are always thinking of security, performance, testing and scalability. Skill for writing reusable libraries. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
