Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Counselor located in Vadodara. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their educational and career paths. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assisting students with course selection, and providing advice on career development. The Senior Counselor will also be responsible for developing personalized plans based on student needs, evaluating student progress, and collaborating with faculty to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and guidance skills, with experience in individual and group sessions
• Proficiency in developing personalized educational and career plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Experience with educational and career development tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and other stakeholders
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
