Position Overview:As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing compelling scripts, creating engaging pitch decks, and crafting innovative strategies that captivate audiences and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation:
Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives.
Scriptwriting:
Develop engaging and on-brand scripts for influencer campaigns, videos, and other content formats.
Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure the scripts align with the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
Edit and refine scripts based on feedback to enhance clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
Pitch Deck Creation:
Design visually appealing and persuasive pitch decks for client presentations, showcasing campaign ideas, strategies, and influencer recommendations.
Ensure decks are data-driven, highlighting key insights, campaign goals, and expected ROI.
Tailor pitch decks to suit the needs of different clients and industries.
Creative Strategy Development:
Develop and implement creative strategies for influencer marketing campaigns that align with client goals and audience needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, content creators, and data analysts, to bring campaign concepts to life.
Client and Influencer Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and target audience.
Collaborate with influencers to guide content creation and ensure alignment with campaign strategies.
Act as a creative consultant to both clients and influencers, offering insights and suggestions to optimize campaign impact.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data to refine and improve strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in a creative strategist role or similar position.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or related field.
Skills:
- Exceptional creative mindset with a proven track record of innovative thinking.
- Strong scriptwriting skills with the ability to develop various content ideas.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing pitch and report decks using tools like PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Canva or other presentation software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies
