  • Responsibilityfor the overall design of HVAC systems & deliverablesincluding Concept Scheme Design Development Tender Design /Documentation (including Technical Specification BOQ Schedules andDrawings)
  • Design to current legislation andcodes of practice
  • Independently communicatewith clients on a regular basis
  • Mentor andassist Junior engineers
  • Prepared to undergotraining in learning new software ifneeded
  • Open to work odd hours if required tomeet deadlines
  • Willingness to accept andimplement constructivefeedback.

Experience
  • 6years of experience in designing of HVACsystems.
  • Experience in design of HVAC systemsfor commercial residential retailprojects.
  • Ideally should have experience ofsustainabilitybased projects
  • Good understating& knowledge of international codes like ASHRAESMACNA
  • Good IT skills comprising MicrosoftOffice HVAC cooling load software (Trane Trace Camel IES VE etc)AutoCAD Bluebeam.
  • Good communication skills andability to interact with client on a regularbasis.
  • Consistently produce accurate workwithout errors.
  • Experience working onUS/UK/Australia projects will be an addedadvantage
