Aftersales Service: Lead the aftersales service function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries. Workshop Management and Operations: Oversee the workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Customer Support: Ensure exceptional customer support through effective communication and resolution of customer concerns. Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures. Spare Parts/Inventory Management: Optimize spare parts inventory levels to meet service demands while minimizing costs. Service Network Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the service network and establishing new service centres. Policies, Processes, and SOPs: Develop and implement policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline aftersales service operations. Team Handling and Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners.Requirements:
Proven 15 to 20 years of experience in aftersales service management, preferably in Automotive Industry. B.E. or B. Tech graduate (any specialization). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to implement effective operational strategies.
