System Administrator

The System Administrator has strong communication and customer service skills and can troubleshoot end-user support issues quickly. Success for them is high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of helpdesk tickets. They act as intermediaries between their organization and its clients by continuing to take ownership of the problem and ensuring that it has been appropriately reordered, prioritized, and resolved within the defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum one year of experience in dealing with international clients.
• 12-18 months of experience in IT Domain/BPO/Tech Support working for US/AUS/EMEA clients.
• Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries
Requirement:
Must have:
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic Network support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing users in Active Directory.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues high importance / low complexity issues on first contact like password resets, adding or Removing Printers, resolving email issues, and AD updates.
• System performance troubleshooting.
• Workstation builds and deployments.
Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of managing M365 users and services i.e., Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams.
• Experience managing users in Azure Active Directory and MFA.
• Setting up VPN connections and client installation
• Mapping Network Drives.
