While we are primarily focused on building our own products, we also partner with other businesses as technical consultants and engineers.M(X) =- M is us- X is the idea we apply ourselves to- The result?Powerful,Delightful,Helpful products for the world.Check out our portfolio here: looking for a Webflow Developer who can bring our digital experiences to life across websites, landing pages, and marketing assets.Role OverviewAs a Webflow Developer at Mutant (X), you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and landing pages in Webflow. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure that our web presence reflects our brand, engages customers, and drives conversions.This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts creative and technical, with an eye for detail, user experience, and responsive design.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain websites and landing pages using Webflow.- Implement responsive, pixel-perfect designs from Figma or design briefs.- Customize Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations.- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.- Work with marketing teams to rapidly deploy A/B test pages, campaigns, and new features.- Integrate third-party tools (analytics, forms, CRM, automation tools).- Ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support.Qualifications- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer (portfolio required).- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.- Ability to translate design mockups into functional websites.- Familiarity with Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code embedding.- Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Notion, Trello, Slack & other productivity tools.- Bonus: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Figma.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on high-impact SaaS products and global client projects.- A creative and fast-paced environment with ownership of your work.- Growth path into senior developer or product design roles.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Collaborative culture in a company that values innovation and experimentation.- Bonuses linked to client projects, SaaS tools, & other performance based incentives.
