What will you be doing? As a Data Architect, your primary role involves designing robust and efficient data architectures, encompassing both cloud-based services and on-premise tools.  Your responsibilities will include: Architectural Solutions: Designing comprehensive data architecture solutions that integrate cloud services and on-premise tools Data Warehouse Design: Creating optimized data warehouse structures and schemas to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and management of vast amounts of data. Data Modeling: Developing and implementing data models that align with business requirements and facilitate smooth data flow across systems. Data Flow Design: Designing data flow strategies to ensure seamless movement of data between various systems and applications. What you will need: Experience Levels: 5-8 yearsTechnical Competencies: Proven experience in architecting solutions using a combination of cloud services (such as MS Azure, GCP, AWS) and on-premise tools for data management. Expertise in designing optimal data warehouses and defining data architectures that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Strong proficiency in data modelling techniques and establishing efficient data flow mechanisms. Attitude & Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical data architecture solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and address architectural challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. Strategic thinking and the capability to align data architecture with long-term business goals. Where do you work? Candidates with similar skill sets and experiences have excelled in technology firms or consultancy firms. Academic Background:Successful candidates often possess Computer Science Electronics and Communication Engineering degrees, as well as a Masters' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
