Servicenow Developer

ServiceNow Developer (Remote – India) We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time contract (3+ months, with potential to convert to permanent). This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful ServiceNow projects while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or 100% Remote – anywhere in India) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (IST) Contract Type: Full-time contract, 3+ months (possibility of extension or hire) Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.G., ITSM). Develop catalog items, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Implement Service Portal and build user-friendly interfaces. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub) . Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Maintain system stability, performance, and security . Develop technical documentation and support guides. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on module configuration. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS , and Flow Designer. Experience with Integration Hub and MID Server preferred. Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
