Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic creative agency. As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a diverse range of clients. Your exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities will play a pivotal role in elevating our agency's creative output and driving client success.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Direction and Leadership:


  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in creating exceptional designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with client goals and brand objectives


Conceptualization and Design:

  • Lead the conceptualization and development of design concepts, adhering to client briefs and project requirements.
  • Design captivating visual assets, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, web layouts, and social media graphics.


Client Collaboration:

  • Engage with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.


Trend Awareness and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Integrate innovative design techniques and concepts into client projects to ensure a fresh and contemporary aesthetic.


Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.


Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and specifications.


Software Proficiency:

  • Expertly utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, premiere pro & after effects etc.).


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to lead a design team, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
