PositionDescription:

  • Develophighly innovative products/solutions in Java achieved throughcollaboration and dialogue with other experts in the field.
  • Attend all customer technicaldiscussions/design/development meetings and provide technicalinputs to further enhance the code quality/process.
  • Full stack development using Spring boot Java REST APIand Angular 9 and above.
  • Provideguidance/support to other junior/midlevel developers.
  • Impact functional strategy by developing new solutionsprocesses standards or operational plans that position Leidoscompetitively in the marketplace.
  • All otherduties as assigned or directed.

Skills Requirements:

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (BasicQualifications)

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Mathematics Engineering or a relatedfield
  • Masters or Doctorate degree maysubstitute for required experience.
  • 10 yearsof experience of modern software development experience with asolid understanding of designing building deploying and runningapplications.
  • Combined experience using: JavaSpring boot Angular 9 and above TypeScript Node Spring and RESTAPI.
  • 8 years of experience on an Agiledevelopment team
  • Must be able to obtain andmaintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

  • Extensiveunderstanding and experience in programming and designing softwarewith Java. Strong experience in Java/J2EE Spring Boot Angular 9 andabove Node typescript and Spring.
  • Strongunderstanding of Hibernate JPA and JDBC
  • Strongunderstanding of OOPS Twelve Factor Application Design principlesarchitecture styles and APIs (Web API/Rest API)
  • Develop applications using Java/Spring Boot and designand develop database components using PostgreSQL DB or Oracle asneeded for application.
  • Strong frontenddevelopment skills: Angular 9.0 and above HTML/JavaScript CascadingStyle Sheets (CSS) YUI and/or JQuery
  • Strongdevelopment experience on Microservices and REST API.
  • Work on Agile projects and work with tools includingVersionOne/JIRA
