Job Title: Senior Admission Counselor – Study Abroad

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselors to join our Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech B2C sales , excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students effectively through their overseas education journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel & Guide: Assist students in selecting the right programs and destinations for studying abroad.
  • Manage Admissions Cycle: Oversee the entire process from lead generation, counseling, and conversion to final admission.
  • Engage with Prospects: Conduct B2C interactions with students and parents via calls, emails, and virtual sessions.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue goals.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high levels of engagement and ensure a smooth admission journey for students.
  • Stay Updated: Keep track of industry trends, admission processes, and partner university updates.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of EdTech B2C sales experience (Study Abroad domain preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is mandatory).

Experience handling ticket sizes ₹40,000 – ₹4,00,000 .Compensation & Benefits

Work Schedule

  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off )
