Role Description This is a full-time, on-site for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will manage and maintain desktop computers and related devices, provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with printer setup and support. Additional responsibilities include identifying and resolving IT issues, ensuring optimal functionality of computer systems, and providing user support to faculty, staff, and students as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Desktop Computers and their operational systems. Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting IT issues. Experience in providing Printer Support and related operational setups. In-depth knowledge of Computer Hardware components and their maintenance. Effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure end-user satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to technological advancements. A diploma or certificate course in Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Comp TIA A+ or equivalent will be an added advantage.
