As a Sales Associate, you will beresponsible for driving new customer acquisition, building and nurturing customer relationships, andmaintaining accurate reporting of sales performance. The role demands ownership, consultativeselling skills, and a growth-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering revenue and creatinglasting customer value.__________________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:New Customer Acquisition● Convert qualified leads from multiple marketing channels into enrolled learners.● Conduct consultative counselling sessions with parents to recommend suitable programs.● Generate referrals through existing customers to strengthen the sales pipeline. Customer Relationship Management● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with parents and learners.● Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent engagement for long-termretention.● Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams to improveofferings.CRM & Reports:● Manage and update customer interactions, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRMsystems.● Track and report sales performance against targets regularly.● Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
