IIRIS is hiring VP/Sr. VP – Information Security (Gurgaon). We're looking for an experienced leader with 15+ years in Cyber Security, Technology Risk Assessment, and IT Governance, with proven expertise in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams. Certifications like CISSP/CISM/CRISC are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the technology risk assessment and cyber security practice, aligning it with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage technology risk assessment and cyber security team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Responsible for overall IT consultancy operations, deliverables, and P&L of the department.
  • Responsible for the revenue generation, overseeing the overall profitability of the projects.
  • Multi department coordination to ensure timely delivery of the project.
  • Identify profitable business opportunities for increasing company revenue and market reach.
  • Lead and oversee complex technology risk assessments, penetration testing, and security audits for clients, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Work with end-customers and partners to improve business prospects and to better the knowledge transfer mechanism to improve quality of the deliverables.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, secure coding practices, cloud security, and emerging cyber security technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within technology risk assessment and cyber security, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology risk assessment methodologies, cyber security frameworks, and controls.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing teams, driving a culture of excellence, and fostering innovation and professional growth.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives and board members.
