Job Description:
Design and architect Viva-based solutions that align with business objectives, emphasizing employee engagement, learning, communication, and collaboration.
Developed and configured Viva apps and solutions.
Integrate Viva with other Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Experience on Microsoft Copilot adoption.
Integrate Viva with other 3rd partly LMS, HCM applications.
Hands on experience on working with Yammer, tenant-to-tenant migration of Yammer network & data.
Good hands-on Viva platform developments and customizations
Understanding of data security and privacy standards, ensuring compliance in Viva solutions.
Hands on experience in Graph API, Microsoft Viva API, Rest API, Viva Pages, Viva Topics, Viva Cards
Experience to manage Viva Topics, permission, sharing, security.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform
Strong experience in software development, preferably in a Microsoft environment (e.g., C#, .NET, TypeScript)
Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Strong experience in software development, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Azure logic apps)
Good understanding of Project management to lead and oversee Viva development projects from conception to implementation.
