What we are looking for?


JRD Fibre Composite Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join our team. As a manufacturer of FRP Rods and ARP Rods, we prioritize delivering world-class products with just fair prices, right premium quality, and timely delivery. The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our quality control processes are managed and continually improved.


Here’s what you’ll do:


* Responsible for managing and innovate quality control process.

* Responsible for documentation and system as per ISO certification requirement.

* Responsible for quality assurance.

* Lead and manage the team.

* Monitor all quality test reports.

* Ensure upkeeping all instruments calibrated along with its documentation.

* Understanding customer expectation and implement the processes for achieving the same.

* Designing product specification to comply to safety standards.

* Conduct IGI of all materials as per the quality plan to ensure quality assurance of the final products.

* Engage with customer, implement feedbacks, to maintain 100% customer acceptance.

* Conduct Kaizen, 5S and TQM.

* Team-up for NPD (new product development).
