Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc. Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less Gen AI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3 D & Digital experiences in Upcoming releases include Gen AI-driven 3 D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement. Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations. Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out. We’re looking for a talented UI Visual Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our design team. Turn wireframes and ideas into polished, high-quality designs. Create consistent visuals that reflect our brand and make products easy to use. Contribute to and improve our design system so everything feels cohesive. Keep an eye on the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Give and receive feedback in design reviews to push the work forward. 3–5 years of experience working as a UI or Visual Designer. ~ A strong portfolio that shows your skills in layout, color, typography, and visual polish. ~ Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as Proto Pie, Jitter. ~ Experience working with and contributing to design systems. ~ Understanding of responsive design and how to make designs work across devices. ~ A sharp eye for detail and an ability to balance speed with quality. ~ Bonus: Some knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS), motion design, or experience in startups.
