Job Location : Mohali
Job Mode : Work from office.
Salary: Hike on current salary
Indivirtus AB7 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Coder to join our team in Mohali Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and 24 years of experience working with at least 35 different specialties including Evaluation and Management (E/M) and Prospect.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate coded charts to ensure accuracy and compliance with ICD10 and CPT guidelines
  • Make necessary edits to increase the final output accuracy to over 95%
  • Provide guidance and support to the coding team to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with US customers to resolve codingrelated issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of coding projects
  • Maintain and improve coding processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
  • 24 years of experience working with at least 35 different specialties including E/M and Prospect
  • Strong knowledge of ICD10 and CPT coding guidelines
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Experience in dealing with US customers
  • Ability to work in a team and lead by example
Work Schedule:
  • Regular night shifts
  • Work from office mode only (no workfromhome available)
