CSD Engineer

Role Overview:

The member joining this position will work at an experienced level and be part of a team. The role requires an engineer with strong knowledge in steam engineering products and instrumentation systems to handle on-site activities.

Purpose of the Role:

This role is to ensure efficient commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Forbes Marshall's range of products, including steam engineering and control instrumentation solutions. By providing on-site technical expertise, the role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and generating after-market business such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and spare part sales. This role supports Forbes Marshall's mission of improving process efficiency and energy conservation for its customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and troubleshooting of products including Boilers, Pressure Reducing Stations, Temperature Control Valves, Condensate Recovery Systems, Steam Traps, Flow Meters, and Analytical Products.
• Providing prompt technical support and solutions to customer concerns to ensure optimal product performance.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers, with a focus on improving service levels and customer retention.
• Driving after-market revenue by identifying and generating opportunities for AMCs, spare parts, and service-related business.
• Frequent travel to customer sites in Baroda for hands-on support.

Eligibility: Bachelors in Instrumentation Engineering with 3 - 5 years experience in the field of Instrumentation products, Product Engineering.

Key Skills : Knowledge of Pressure, temperature, and level transmitters for monitoring and control, etc.
