The SAP Technical Architect would be responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific SAP Integration system, application, or process designs. This will involve collaborating with different stakeholders to build and launch durable and scalable applications using SAP BTP services

The core responsibilities are:

Development of client solutions·

Participate in discovery and technical build phase·

Provide estimation of business requirements·

Highlight possible flows and inconsistencies in business requirements·

Work closely with solution architects and business analysts to ensure requirements are crystal clear and properly translated into work packages·

Assign tasks to relevant development resources·

Review estimates with technical leads to assure business requirements can be delivered on time with the desired code quality·

Work closely with clients and developers on resolving issues related to design and requirements·

Implement efficient and effective strategies for software development·

Provide high level solutions and estimations for business needs based on accumulated business knowledge·

Review Functional Specification Documents and highlight possible flaws, deviations from initial business requirements or new functionalities being pushed through updated requirements and designs·

Demonstrate flexibility to respond to change in business requirements·

Contribute to the process of continuous improvement by highlighting pain points in the projects phase – pre-sale, discovery, planning, development/delivery·

Demonstrate ownership of all work developed by the team members·

Train and integrate new team members·

Build and promote a positive working environment for the team

CommercialSupporting Presales during development of new business with new or existing clients

GeneralParticipate in recruitment activities where necessary.Maintain certification in SAP Cloud Platform.Requirements·

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.·

Team leader with excellent collaboration skills, with a fantastic can-do attitude.·

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.·

Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in which at least 3 years of strong experience in SAP integration technology related to SAP BTP Integration Suite including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).·

Proficient in end-to-end implementation and integration within CPI and BTP Integration Suite projects·

Proven track record of architecting and implementing SAP BTP solutions for enterprise-scale projects.·

Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products.·

Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver.·

Proficient in configuring and extending standard iFlows, defining custom iFlows, managing local and exception sub-processes, and handling exceptions.·

Track and enhance the performance of SAP BTP applications to ensure optimal resource utilization and responsiveness.·

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP BTP and cloud technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.·

Work closely with the team to devise and execute interface designs linking diverse systems, encompassing both SAP and non-SAP applications.·

Must be able to independently handle overall architectural designs, envision NFR's and implement it.Desirable Experience & Knowledge·

Foundation in Restful API, XML/JSON, Javascript, Java, Groovy script, Python, NodeJS·

Knowledge in SAP systems such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, SAP ERP/ECC, SAP Commerce, SAP CDC & Pricing SystemsCertifications related to SAP BTP or cloud technologies.
