Are You Skilled in Client Management, Technical SEO, and Google Ads?
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our technical team and effectively communicating between our clients and the team. Your role involves understanding client needs, communicating with our staff, ensuring work completion, and reporting to the client.
Responsibilities:
Aligning clients' business goals and objectives into digital campaigns that deliver success against core performance metrics
Identifying and providing opportunities for campaign growth via additional digital services and channels
Managing relationships and client engagement, providing performance and campaign reporting
Maintaining an exceptional level of client retention through strong relationship management and campaign success
Client onboarding
Preparing monthly reports and making recommendations for ongoing improvements with the rest of the team
On a Day-to-Day Basis:
Ensuring customer retention by making sure all work is completed by the team to meet client expectations
Analyzing the performance of Google Ads, social media ads, and SEO
Ensuring the team provides proper performance reports and identifying any gaps in performance
Constantly collaborating with the team and providing new ideas
Conducting weekly/monthly meetings and training sessions with team members
You'll need:
You have at least four years of experience (ideally more) within digital advertising, account management and professional client communication.
A proven track record of managing digital marketing services and channels such as SEO, Paid Search and Social Media.
Client facing experience with strong presentation skills and exceptional customer experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with effective time management to meet deadlines
Experience managing medium to large business clients with a strong emphasis on client and relationship management
An appetite for challenge and curiosity to develop into a market-leading Digital Account Manager
