Inviting applications for the roleof Principal Consultant - Senior Data Engineer with a Focus on Testing and Quality Engineering Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, SDET Quality Engineering In this role, we are looking for an experiencedData Engineer in Healthcare & Lifesciences domain who understands Process and Data flow in Lifesciences related to HCP, HCO, Claims, Formulary, Patient Services, Clinical Trials, Medical Affairs and Regulatory data and experience in crafting and defining critical metric / analytics related to above functions of Healthcare & Lifesciences. Focus Area  Ensure high-quality data engineering processes through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks to validate data integrity and accuracy. Enhance data quality by establishing robust testing protocols and continuous improvement strategies. Roles and Responsibilities  Design, implement, and maintain data testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and develop solutions. Conduct regular audits and assessments of data processes to identify areas for improvement. Lead initiatives to automate testing procedures, reduce manual intervention and increasing efficiency. Monitor data workflows to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Professional Skills  Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex data quality challenges. Effective communication skills to articulate testing results and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams across the organization. Technical Skills  Proficiency in data analysis techniques to assess data quality and performance. Expertise in testing tools such as Selenium or JUnit for automated testing processes. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or SQL for scripting and data manipulation. Familiarity with data visualization tools to present testing outcomes clearly. Educational Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Key Initiatives  Lead strategic projects aimed at improving data quality and testing processes across the organization. Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies for data validation and quality assurance. Participate in initiatives focused on futureproofing the organization's data infrastructure. Tools and Technologies  Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for reporting and analysis. Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Apache JMeter or TestNG for performance testing. Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval.
