Job Title: Senior Technical Writer (8-12 Years Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer with strong expertise in creating client-facing documentation and internal enablement content across a wide range of technologies within IT, SaaS, enterprise technologies.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to produce compelling and technically accurate content, SOWs, manuals, and sales collaterals that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain high-quality pre-sales and technical documentation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, sales, marketing, and product teams to gather information and validate content.
  • Work closely with the design/creative team to create visually engaging and brand-aligned documents.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company tone, branding, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain version control and ensure documentation is consistently updated across repositories
  • Provide editorial support for RFP responses, proposals, and strategic marketing content.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in technical writing, content development, or documentation roles within IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies such as Splunk, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in developing client-facing deliverables like SOWs, case studies, platform documentation, and marketing presentations.
  • Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing and pre-sales content creation is a plus.
