The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:  Qualifications: BE/BS in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics from the recognized University 5-10 years of work experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry Role and Responsibilities: Leading a team of 3-5 engineers for execution of projects. Working closely with Customers, primarily responsible for delivering the projects with good quality and defined/Agreed timelines. Discussing with Customer’s Engineering Team, identifying the opportunities and developing the workflows or approach plan to resolve the problems. Implementation of workflow deliverables with the consultation of field, operation team and taking it to closer Ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks. Build customer relations through good interactions and responsiveness. Adhere to Quality & Technical standards in execution and implementation of the project. Required SKILLS: Familiar with ISA, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, AGA, ASME, CE and others related standards. Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX, IP ratings. HAZOP, LOPA & Function Safety Good process knowledge on Upstream, Midstream, Refinery and chemicals Engineering and Reliability of Petro-chemical and refinery units including participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, Managing periodic and emergency shut-downs | planning | supervision, manpower & material management Engineering Drawings and Documentation like P&ID, C&E Diagrams, Data sheets, Loop Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Control system Architecture drawings etc. Experience in reviewing vendors’/sub-vendors’ technical drawings/documents. Experience in selection and sizing of field instruments, control systems as per the process requirements. Control Valves sizing, selection, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Tunning of control Loops Working experience in Preventive, Corrective, Predictive and condition-based Maintenance. Function Testing and calibration of all the field instruments (Process and Fire & Gas) both Conventional and smart type. Analyzing the field inspection data, providing, and implementing the Technical Recommendations Experience in working with workflows like Alarm Management, Obsolescence Management, Reviewing and developing Equipment Strategies, Test interval optimization etc.) SIL assessment/verification for Safety Instrumented functions using exSilentia, SIL Solver or any relevant tools. Experience in handling MOC projects or small projects Knowledge/Experience in various DCS, ESD’s, SIS, SSD, PLCs, Fire & Gas detection system. Knowledge of Compressor Control Systems, Vibration Monitoring Systems etc.  Knowledge/Experience in Project Engineering, Errection and commissioning  Knowledge on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)/Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)  Having knowledge/working Experience on Honeywell Control systems will be an added advantage.
