Job Title: Alternative Investments Product Strategist - Real AssetsLevel: Analyst / AssociateLocation: MumbaiKey Responsibilities:- Evaluating various Real Asset product offerings - from residential, commercial to infra funds and standalone assets + REITs/InvITs.- Fund raise: Working closely with sales team to equip them with the right data to help support the fund raise.- Stakeholder management: Cross functional collaboration with the product manufacturers, finance, marketing, operations, compliance, service teams; all stakeholders that are associated through the lifecycle of a product.- Reviews: Timely and regular reviews of products, creating summary notes to be shared with sales relationship managers and clients.Skills & Attributes:- Strong fundamental understanding of the real estate sector with past experience in wealth or AMC roles would be preferred.- Strong communication skills - ability to pitch products to sales and clients.- Proficiency in understanding the intricacies of financial models to draft sharp and crisp marketing collaterals.Education & Experience:- CA/MBA/CFA- 3-5 years’ experience
