Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with membership queries, renewals, and service-related information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between members and internal teams (trainers, sales, and operations).
  • Support in handling front desk operations, scheduling, and daily reporting.
  • Uphold FitClub's service standards by creating a positive and engaging member experience.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduate or pursuing graduation.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, or a similar industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with efficiency.

Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
