Role Name: ServiceNow Platform Support - custom applications Experience Range: 4-6 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in the ServiceNow scripting, debugging, development, and support functions Qualifications: Graduate or Post graduate in Science and Engineering Streams Good knowledge of Service Now Basics and configurations Knowledge and working experience on Javascript, Client and Server side scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Data Policies – all scripted aspects of the Service Now system. Knowledge and working experience of UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills Strong customer service mindset Ability to multi-task and work with management to prioritize tasks. Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems, and offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick, but effective, resolution. Demonstrate strong confidence in abilities and knowledge. Ability to work well in crisis situations. Flexibility to provide off-hours and weekend support for maintenance, testing, and general on-call support. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to work in Shifts Ability to work under minimal supervision. Role Details: Key tasks to be performed by the resource will include: o Testing and debugging skills on the ServiceNow platform o ServiceNow modules customization o ServiceNow instance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs o Hands-on writing of advanced & complex scripts o Must have integration, service portal working experience o Track and respond to the emails submitted to helpdesk queue Join our dynamic team and lead the charge in acquiring exceptional talent that will drive our organization's success.
