The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency with UI/UX sensibility and will lead the front-end development of user-centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern, high-performance digital experiences across browsers and devices.Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of front-end architecture usingHTML, CSS, and Bootstrap Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web components Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance) Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams Champion and implement front-end standards, reusable components, and design systems Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficial Troubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues Contribute to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisionsRequired Qualifications 5+ years of professional front-end development experience Expert-level skills inHTML5 ,CSS3 , andBootstrap (4/5) Strong understanding of responsive design andmobile-first development Experience withcross-browserdevelopment andprogressive enhancement Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles Solid command ofversion control systems (Git)and collaborative workflows Working knowledge ofJavaScript/jQueryand DOM manipulation Experience working in agile development environmentsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Experience withCSS preprocessors(SASS/LESS) orBEM methodology Exposure tomodern front-end frameworks(Angular) a strong plus Familiarity withtemplating enginesor CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Liquid) Understanding of performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, asset minification) Expert experience on FigmaWhat You Bring Strong eye for design and attention to pixel-perfect detail Leadership mindset with experience mentoring and guiding team members Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate front-end decisions A passion for clean code, performance, and user-first development
