At Senpi, you won’t just be joining another startup — you’ll be helping reinvent the wallet itself into the intelligent agent of onchain finance.We’re looking for aLead Mobile Engineerto own and scale Senpi’s iOS and Android apps, taking them from 1→100 and shaping the most intuitive crypto trading experience on mobile.What You’ll Bring7+ years of professional experience , with expert-level knowledge ofJavaScriptandReact Native , ideally in a fast-paced startup setting.Proven track recordbuilding, shipping, and maintaining consumer-facing appsend-to-end on theApple App StoreandGoogle Play .Demonstrated ability totake mobile apps from concept to launch , owning everything from architecture to deployment.Hands-on experience withExpofor building, testing, and managing React Native apps at scale.Deep UI/UX development expertise, with a strong eye for design and creating user-first, delightful experiences.Strong focus onmobile performance optimization, delivering smooth, fast, and reliable experiences under heavy real-time trading workloads.Familiarity with mobile protocols and services:Push Notifications, HTTPS, REST, WebSockets , etc.Strong ability to writereusable, efficient, and maintainable codealigned with industry best practices.Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesto streamline development and deployment.Must have Production experience withnative iOS or Android development .Crypto-native experience, ideally having built or contributed to wallets, exchanges, or DeFi apps.Excitement tointegrate AI/ML intelligenceinto the mobile experience — fromLLMs and RAG-powered insightstoautonomous trading flows— and push the boundaries of what a mobile wallet can do.Leadership ability tomentor engineers, define mobile architecture standards, and collaborate cross-functionallywith product, design, and AI teams.Benefits & PerksCulture of rapid iteration and building in publicHighly competitive compensation, stock options program, and token upsideCompany laptop and home office equipment allowance.Health insurance
