As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading frontend projects, collaborating with designers and backend developers. You should be passionate about bringing designs to life and optimizing user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new user-facing features using React.js and its core principles.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices.
- Maintain and enhance existing codebases and champion improvements in code quality and architecture.
- Collaborate with backend developers on the integration of elements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and stability.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of excellence in all aspects of front-end development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical solutions.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
- Ensure compliance with web standards and accessibility guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a significant portion focused on React.
- Proven expertise in React.js and a thorough understanding of its core principles, including React hooks, server-side rendering, and the virtual DOM.
- Proficiency with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with state management libraries (such as Redux or Context API) and routing (React Router).
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, particularly Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in UI design implementation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Previous experience in mentoring junior developers and leading projects is preferred.
