Roles & Responsibilities:- HOD-Payroll India APAC
Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the India Payroll COE team, fostering a culture of customer centricity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive a culture of service excellence within the team; promote “Best in Class” customer service.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's/ master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. • 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll management, with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing India payroll operations. • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour laws / statutory compliance requirements. Exposure to payroll operations in other markets in APAC. • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday) and HRMS such as Success Factors is mandatory. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive insights and decisionmaking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven track record in payroll management, of driving process improvements, assessing & mitigating risks, leveraging technology, and implementing best practices. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
