Our is Client is a largest Top 5 Software giant in India, with over 11.3 USD billion dollars revenue, Global work force 2,40,000 employees, It delivers end-to-end technology, consulting, and business process services to clients across the globe, Presence: 60+ countries and Publicly traded company NSE & BSE (India), NYSE (USA).Job Title: Finance & Supply Chain· Location: Pune· Experience: 10+ Year to 15 year· Job Type : Contract to hire.Work Mode : Work from Office (5day)· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners(who can able to join OCT 4th week)Mandatory Skills:Role summaryOwn L2/L3 support and continuous improvement for Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Navision across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Service; drive incident resolution, enhancements, and upgrade readiness under defined SLAs.Key responsibilitiesHandle incident/problem management end‑to‑end (triage, RCA, fix, preventive actions) within SLA; maintain weekly/monthly status reporting.Configuring and customizing Business Central/ Navision modules to align with business requirements.Deliver enhancements/change requests: requirements to deployment; manage testing and quality assurance for Business Central/ Navision configurations and customizationsConfigure Business Central/ Navision workflows, roles & permissions; support UAT and sign‑offs with business stakeholdersCoordinate with dev teams on AL/C‑AL customizations and extensions, ensure code quality and documentation.Support integrations (APIs/web services) with other systems; monitor and optimize performance.Migrating data from legacy systems into Business Central/ Navision and ensuring data quality.Conduct end‑user training and create SOPs/ supporting documentation.Must‑have skills10+ years overall; 8+ years on Business Central/ Navision with strong techno‑functional exposure across Finance & Supply Chain.Hands‑on with AL/C‑AL, APIs/web services, SQL Server; familiarity with Azure DevOps/GitStrong communication & stakeholder management; experience running UAT/training.Nice‑to‑haveIndustry exposure in Manufacturing experience with overlapping shifts for global AMS.Requirement gathering while working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
