ABOUT THE ROLE

The Auctions vertical in Spinny aims to add value to customers' life by providing them the best price of their cars from an extensive Pan India network of Channel Partners. We are looking for highly motivated, data driven and result oriented candidates who would work alongside the leadership team to identify & drive efficiencies throughout multiple functions, such as, Sales, Supply, Acquisitions and Marketing. The ideal candidate would be expected to have deep knowledge and experience of working with SQL, Python and Power BI along with other languages and would have 1-3 years of experience of leading a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end working and tracking of day to day operations in the Auctions vertical.
  • Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems in the Auctions vertical
  • Coordinating & managing on-ground teams during document verification, car-pickup and delivery stages.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, data mining, text mining

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 yrs of professional experience in a ground ops role managing a team of 10+.
  • Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is required.
  • Advanced expertise in data analysis
  • Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems & come up with solutions.
  • Should have a strong understanding of markets and business dynamics.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership numbers-driven role.
