About EPM: -

EPM deliver true end to end device management while optimizing the end-user experience and aligning with business goals. EPM team works in multiple technologies i.e. Application Packaging, Image Engineering, Antivirus Management, Citrix XenDesktop, SCCM, Altris, Mobile Device Management Solutions, and many more. End User Enablement LOB is helping you meet your users’ ever-increasing technology demands – anytime and anywhere with services that improve workplace flexibility, enhance worker satisfaction and productivity, and streamline IT management.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Candidate works on Application Packaging (MSI, App-v, ThinApp, application packaging for macOS)- Complies with software packaging quality and performance standards, and testing processes & procedures.- Packages should be delivered within the specified SLA.- Maintains SOP documentation.- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities.- Participates in functional and technical specification reviews and works closely with other EPM teams.- Excellent communication and presentation skills and candidates must have the ability to communicate with customers.- Strong interpersonal skills are needed to team well with peers, customers, and project managers.

Knowledge and Skill Requirement:

- Excellent Communication Skills and exposure of End User Computing- Hands-on experience with Mac Packaging and Bash scripting is mandatory.- Good Knowledge of Windows Operating System.- Good Knowledge of programming languages (VBScript,PowerShell,Batch,Bash)- Experience with application packaging tools like Raynet / InstallShield Admin Studio- Experience with MSI/Windows Installer.- Experience/Knowledge of Virtualization tools (Microsoft App-V/VMWare ThinApp).- Knowledge of MSIX technology- Knowledge of the SCCM/Intune deployment tool will be an added advantage.

Key Deliverables (KRA/Measure):

- Assessment, Packages, and QA should be delivered well within SLA without QA and UAT failure.- Should be able to write PowerShell / VB / Bash scripts.- Troubleshooting packages with the deployment team and client.- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities.

Job Specifications & Qualification:

- Should be B.Tech/B.E (Computer/IT), MCA.- Shows flexibility/ownership & resilience- Excellent Communication Skills- Ability to work within challenging environments with tight delivery timelines- Should be open to work 24/7- Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues.
