Position Summary

Member of the regional IT Solution Center APAC with focus on SAPEnsuring of integrity and validated state during the lifetime of the applicationsTechnical support of roll-out activities in all Regions of ZeissEnsuring an appropriate technical system documentationUnderstanding of the latest techs and trends in industry for SAP Fiori / S4Hana based implementations.

Requirements

Education;

Masters/bachelor’s in computer science, software engineering or similar field

Experience:

6-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP+FIORI + BTP RAPExperience in RAP application is must and CAP Model development approach using either Nodejs or Java is a plus.Experience in developing full stack RAP applicationsExperience in consuming standard APIs / S4Hana services in CAP/UI app using BAS.Experience in SAP UI5 / Fiori Elements based apps developments / extensions / adaptations.Experience in working with Fiori (tiles/activation/flp/gateway) on S4Hana environment (at least 1 implementation)Experience in SAP UI5 / Fiori Elements based apps developments / extensions / adaptationsExperience in ABAP programming / ABAP programming model for SAP Fiori.Experience in working with Business Application Studio for Application developments.Experience/Knowledge of SAP BTP Extension Suite / Side by Side Extension is a plus.Experience in working with Fiori (tiles/activation/flp/gateway) on S4Hana / BTP environment (at least 1 S4Hana implementation experience must)Strong ABAP skills, FIORI, ABAP OO is a must.Knowledge on OData and Frontend – UI5/JavaScriptFunctional Knowledge in the respective modules is advantageous.Experience in Service Support and Service DeliveryExperience in applying design and architecture design principles.Strong technical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced English language skillsGood communicator with peers, technical teams, and business representatives.Understanding and experience with ITIL and Project Management is a plus.Experience working within an international environement.

Main Tasks

Implement service requests / CRs / Rollins, perform administrative tasks, make minor application changesImplement changes to Global / regional applications.Partial participation on projectsMonitoring of data loading process chains, keep global data supply in schedule, proper daily handover to EMEA region.Management of incidents, resolve technical incidents focusing on local users.Support users in application questions, conduct user trainings.
