Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all production activities in the foundry to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create production schedules and optimize time and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise the maintenance of machinery and factory equipment to ensure operational reliability.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of final products meets required standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Develop, implement, quality management system and enforce workplace safety procedures.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for production efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Molding process, melting process, shell molding & process methoding.

Skill

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience of 10 to 15 years in the foundry industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Alloys steels & Alloy Castings manufacturing.
  • Simulation knowledge of (CATIA/AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS)
  • Design and development of patterns
  • MS Excel, MS Office & ERP
  • Excellent managerial, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety regulations.
