Role Overview

We're looking for a
Junior Videographer
to work closely with our Director of Photography on shoots for Troovy's ads and content. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about visual storytelling and keen to learn the craft of commercial filmmaking.

What You'll Do

• Assist the DP in setting up and executing shots for Troovy's product ads, brand films, and social media content.
• Handle basic camera operations: framing, focus pulling, exposure, and white balance.
• Set up and adjust lighting under guidance, ensuring consistency across scenes.
• Capture
  b-roll footage
  for ads, behind-the-scenes reels, and quick social edits.
• Organize and manage equipment before and after shoots.
• Support in basic file management and transferring footage after shoots.

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with
  camera settings
  (ISO, aperture, shutter speed) and basic lighting techniques.
• Understanding of shot composition and storytelling through visuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn from senior crew and grow in commercial videography.
• Good team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
• Previous internship or freelance experience in videography.
