We are looking for Candidates who are having experience as Data Governance

Experience Required: 3 - 20 years.

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Responsibilities:

--Expertise: Data Governance Senior Manager

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in data management and data governance and must have knowledge in informatica EDC or Axon- Demonstrated management of strategic and tactical data management initiatives in a complex business structure- Demonstrated SME on data governance and key principles using industry best practices to improve efficiencies, risk reduction, business opportunities and growth- Should actively supports the data governance policy framework including the charter, data policy, standards, procedures and playbooks, and acts as an implementation expert to clients.- Able give solutions to different business needs.- Experienced in agile way of working.- Able to mentor the team and manage the deliverables.- Able to support the data integration.- Able to do the effort estimation- Should have banking and other financial services domain knowledge.

Should have knowledge informatica PowerCenter, MDM, Informatica Data quality, Collibra

- Strong Data Governance experience, Metadata management, data catalog and data lineage skills, Good experience in Informatica EDC/Axon, Talend or equivalent tools, aware of SQL, Data Warehousing and ETL concepts, and Client-facing skills- Stakeholder management and end to end ownership of the Data Governance program, metadata management and data catalog implementation- Architect, develop, and maintain Collibra, Axon/EDC and other DG tools system integration, data processing, storage, automation, and reporting solutions- To develop and maintain automated APIs and ETL pipelines that support DG tools- Participation in sales activities with respect to Data Governance proposals- Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends- Review Data stores in lake and cloud, Data Security strategy definition or solution design- Steer in Developing the Functional and Technical specs for the User stories- Define and design the technical methodology to implement policies, guidelines, tools, metrics, and standards for managing metadata and implement data catalog- Understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, DG tools like Collibra, Informatica EDC/AXON, data warehousing technology and RDBMS- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
