Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents and take necessary action.
  • Maintain daily logs of activities and incidents.
  • Enforce company rules and protocols.
  • Operate security equipment such as CCTV, alarms, and communication systems.
  • Assist in emergency evacuations and safety drills.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay alert and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Valid security license or certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Work in various environments such as residential buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial sites.
  • May require rotating shifts, including night duty and holidays.
