We provide high-quality, live online classes for children aged 6 to 14, covering Western Vocals, Hindustani Vocals, Carnatic Vocals, Keyboard, Ukulele, and Guitar. With small group sessions, structured pedagogy, qualified instructors, and interactive tools, we make music education engaging, enjoyable, and impactful. + Role Description We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Work From Home role where you will engage with parents, understand their child’s learning needs, and guide them towards enrolling in our music programs. You will play a key role in driving enrollments and contributing to the school’s growth. + Responsibilities Engage with parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable music courses. Provide clear and persuasive counselling on how Music Pandit courses benefit children’s growth. Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead follow-up, conversion, and post-enrollment support. Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets. Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the CRM and provide feedback for improving lead quality Build long-term trust with parents, positioning Music Pandit as their partner in their child’s musical journey. + Basic Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (Ed Tech preferred). Comfortable working 6-days a week. Rotational week offs and rotational shifts. Any graduate; background in business, marketing, or music education is preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively. Tech-savvy with basic MS Office skills. Passion for music/education is a strong plus. + Work From Home Requirements Laptop with good camera and microphone. Internet connection with speed above 100 Mbps. Music Pandit will reimburse laptop and internet expenses through salary Employment Type : Full-time Location : Work From Home (Pan-India) Compensation : Competitive, based on current CTC and industry standard |
