Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for an Operations Incharge. The Operations Incharge will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, manage teams, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating production schedules, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves frequent communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong Operations Management and workflow optimization skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in an operations management role
