About the Role We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end hiring for Teva Pharmaceuticals positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for Teva or within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for various Teva Pharma roles (R&D, QC/QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Corporate, etc.) Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates Source talent using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and market mapping Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit Manage interview scheduling, feedback loop, candidate communication, and offer negotiation Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver timely hiring updates Ensure a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance and hiring standards Track and report recruitment metrics regularly Requirements: 1–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably with direct exposure to Teva Pharmaceuticals hiring Strong understanding of pharma domain roles, compliance, and hiring processes Experience in sourcing niche and senior-level scientific/technical profiles Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines Strong organizational and prioritization skills
